After that, we do our research and analysis before fixing another meeting where we will show you what we can do to meet those requirements.
But it doesn’t just stop there. We will invite you to a review meeting atleast once a year. You can, of course, contact us at any time should you have any questions or concerns. We would be happy to meet with you throughout the year, if you want.

We will present our costs to once we have a fuller understanding of what you’re looking for us to do. These fees will be clearly set out in a signed Client Agreement before we do any research and analysis on your behalf.

If you have a complaint, this would be dealt with by ValidPath Limited. And, if you are not satisfied with their response, you have the right to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) within 6 months.
